REDA BACHA
Reda Bacha - Branch Director, Trustus NYC LLC.
ABOUT REDA - In retrospect, I know I’ve always dared to dream big. What I didn’t know then, but know very clearly now, was that even the biggest dreams begin from just a small idea.
From very early on, I was inspired by the business greats -- like Robert Louis Dreyfus -- who built empires through hard work and perseverance. In emulating the many leadership qualities that I admired in my heroes, and by learning through trial-and-error, I gradually developed my own value system and modus operandi.
Now, I view both success and defeat as a real asset. Every experience is recorded into my knowledge bank and I continue to accumulate more by the day. Each experience becomes a building block to strengthen my foundation and resolve, for future challenges.
I’m driven with a focus like never before, to give the best of myself in every project.
I remember a time when my youth was a considerable disadvantage. I was able to turn the tables around when I moved to New York: land of the young, restless, and wildly successful. You can’t be considered too young or too successful in the big apple to make it big. It was my calling.
It was there that I got my first boost in the business world. I continued to add to my list of experiences, expanding my scope and working in Paris; New York; Istanbul; Hong Kong.
My firm belief in my personal goals, values, and ideas kept me going strong, through thick and thin.
Two years ago, Julien crossed my path. His zest and ingenuity caught my attention. Sharing similar ambitions and the desire to bring unique products onto the market, we started with a small collaborative idea. This small idea formed what is now the New York branch of Trustus that you see here, today.
I get to do what I love; work on innovative projects with people from all over the world - what more can I ask for?
