QUALITY CONTROL

Our Quality Control Checkpoints:

• Factory Audit: Where we inspect procedure, production capacity, and the practice of labor protection rights (worker age, conditions, hygiene)
• Initial Production Check: Where we clear up client’s specifications and sample with the supplier, to ensure the quality of the materials present in the production process (as well as the packaging materials), and to check the first run of production.
• Production Monitoring: Where we take a closer examination of the daily production at a factory for a specified duration.
• During Production Inspection: Where we confirm that contractual obligations signed upon are met, when 20% of the order is completed.
• Pre-Shipment Inspection: Where we make sure that the order is as specified under contract (through randomized sampling), at the moment 100% of the goods are export-packed and ready to go.

Any of above inspections may be selected (in accordance with the requirements for each specific order placement) to leave no room for risk to the quality of the final fulfillment.

If at any point the order should be below standards, Trustus is at hand to problem-solve on the spot. In fact, that’s what these measures are there for – to identify problems before they are shipped and prevent delays and contractual breaches.
